Carob Avocado Mousse
Rich, glossy and deeply satisfying โ a chocolate-like mousse that takes five minutes to make and feels utterly indulgent.

Best served in small glasses or ramekins, chilled until set.
Method
- 1Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
- 2Blend until completely smooth and glossy โ scrape down the sides as needed.
- 3Taste and adjust honey to your preference.
- 4Spoon into glasses or ramekins. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use very ripe avocados for the creamiest result.
- Carob is naturally sweeter than cacao โ start with less honey and adjust.
- Keeps in the fridge for up to 2 days, covered.
- A pinch of extra salt really lifts the flavour.
