We will start with an opening talk
QiGong will be lead by Donna Roche
ERI (Energetic Respiratory Integration) session to follow
First Energetic Session
Lunch around 1pm for 1 hour
Second ERI Session
Second Energetic Session

Empowerment Session
Closing
On 6th November 2022, there will be an Energetics Day held at The Clophill Centre between Bedford and Stevenage.
We will start at 9.30am and finish between 4-5pm.
Lunch will be provided on the day, any dietary requirements please let us know.
£30 deposit required to book your place, with the remaining £220 cash on the day.
