3 Ways to Calm Anxiety

Most of us are experiencing some form of anxiety. Whether its all the time, or just periodically. We are finding the current climate a challenge because none of us knows the outcome of the Covid-19 situation. None of us know how the economy is going to look on the other side of all this.

I think one thing is for sure and that’s that the economy will be quite different.

I have created a video sharing with you my 3 ways of calming your anxiety. When the feelings start surfacing in your body it’s important to become aware of them. Its important to have some tools in your toolbox to help calm yourself down.

The first way is to connect with an area of peace or ease and flow in the body

The second is to stretch and breath into the very first vertebra in your neck called C1. This vertebra regulates the emotion anxiety. When you are feeling anxious it tends to lock up and become less flexible. This makes it harder for you to move through your anxieties.

The third and final way is to ground yourself using my simple technique to help connect to stagnant energy in your thighs and get it moving.
