  1. Put a tablespoon of olive oil in the a wok or pan, and fry the onions until soft, roughly 2 minutes. Add the chicken and fry until cooked through and slightly golden in colour. Then toss in the spiralised courgettes, and heat until they go slightly soft. When they go soft, turn the heat off, and cover with a lid to keep warm. Next make the sauce

  1. Using a food processor, add all the ingredients and whizz up until a paste has been made and then add to the pan. Heat through for about 3 minutes, and then serve. Optional sesame seeds to add taste and decoration.
